Jeju subsidizes distribution cost '567 million won

Jeju announced that it will give 567 million won to subsidize distribution costs of agricultural export farmers and 23 export logistics companies. The support fee is for overseas export distribution cost for agricultural products and processed food or citrus. The commodities are about 416million kg(four hundred sixteen million) in cabbage exports which is almost four hundred seventy eight million won, and about 44million kg in citrus juice concentrate products which is 41.7 million won. Cabbage, citrus concentrate and other flowering plants are mainly exported, including dried mandarin oranges which go to the United States. The logistics for the export are subsidized as the costs of export goods from Jeju to Busan with 80 to 240 won per ㎏ of fresh produce or flowering plants. The amount of aid it determined by transportation and types of exportation.
