The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that they will conduct and promote a 'Tourist Accommodation Industry Activation Plan' to solve the lack of tourist accommodations with the recent increase of foreign tourists. The Act applies to such details that batch the progress of building permits and licensing, mitigation of parking installation standards, and the expansion of loan terms. In addition, the ministry is expected to arrange and expand tourist accommodations. The main contents of this plan are building and expanding accommodations in the tourism sector, and providing supporting funds for equipment and operations with low-interest loans for the next five years.
